🎉🏈 Homecoming is Almost Here, Panther Family! 🐾💜💛

To our Panther family, please make sure you go on our Parking website to see all our tailgating rules, tent permit requirements, etc.

📌 The close configuration of RV Lots requires that our guests be good neighbors and conduct themselves in a manner that provides for the comfort and enjoyment of all. Persons to whom permits are issued, bearers and their guests are expected to be familiar with and abide by the RV rules published on Parking Services’ website. RV permits are intended for use by the permit holder. Rules will be evaluated, reviewed and updated annually to promote an enjoyable experience, but here are some quick tips:

🚐 Permit Holder Check-In Requirement
The permit holder must be present at the time of RV check-in. If the individual checking in is not the person registered to the permit, they will not be allowed to check in.

🚫 RV Space Resale Policy
If we find that an individual is upselling their RV tailgating space, they will lose the privilege of reserving spaces in the future.

⛺️ Tent Guidelines
Tents are allowed, however they may not exceed 400 sq. ft. (anything larger will be subject to prior permitted approval).
The tent permit application must be submitted to the Fire Marshal ([email protected]). Please make sure to read the Tent Policy prior to opening the application.
All tents larger than 400 ft. must have a submitted and approved permit prior to use. No Exceptions.
Approved tents must occupy only one space except as authorized by the Fire (No open-flame cooking and/or open-flame apparatuses allowed unless prior permitted approval has been obtained).
TENT APPROVAL ONLY APPROVES THE TENT BUT NOT THE SPACE.

HIT PRINT IT SHOULD SHOW YOUR LOT AND SPACE #

We’re excited to announce that dumping and water service purchases will be open from October 14 – October 24, 2025!

💧 Dumping Permit: $90

To purchase, simply scan the QR codes on the flyer or log in to the Parking Portal using the same account and email you used to purchase your RV space.

Make sure to secure your service early to avoid delays once you arrive!

Thank you all for your incredible patience, cooperation, and continued support throughout the process. Your enthusiasm has been amazing, and we’re truly grateful for how quickly the Panther spirit showed up and showed out.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you — let’s make this Homecoming one to remember! 🐾💜💛

Good morning, Panther Family! Due to high web traffic, the system may be running a bit slow, but we’re happy to let you know that you can now purchase your parking spaces for Homecoming. Please be advised that we only have limited grass spaces remaining, so be sure to secure yours before they’re gone. It’s first come, first served, and we appreciate your patience and continued support of our university. Let’s make this Homecoming one to remember!

🚨 Attention PVAMU Students, Faculty, and Staff 🚨

Freshman Move-In is happening Saturday, August 16, 2025 and Sunday, August 17, 2025! Please note the following changes during this time:

📍 Road Closures

Anne Preston Street – CLOSED to all traffic

E.M. Norris Street – One-way northbound only

Bill Daniels – CLOSED to all traffic

🅿 Parking Information

Lots 40, 18, 41, 42, & 53 → University College & University Square move-in

Lot 61 → University Village Phase 3 & 6 move-in
↳ Residents for Phase 3 & 6 may enter through the North Gate and West Gate

Overflow parking → Lot 13, grass area behind Lot 13, Lots 14, 60, & 63

📌 Additional signage & staff will be on site to assist. Please plan for delays and allow extra travel time.
