Painted Rock School Foundation

Painted Rock School Foundation The Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization created to support Painted Rock Elementary School.

The state government does not provide teachers funds to buy supplies and does not fund a physical education program or reading specialist for our school. The Foundation raises funds to provide our students with a P.E. teacher, impact teachers (both with the PTA), staff support and $20 per student for each teacher to purchase lesson-specific supplies for their classrooms. The Foundation’s key missi

on is to fund technology in the classroom, including existing programs such as Brain Pop and Brain Pop Jr. We are currently developing the rollout of a mobile tablet lab (35 tablets) to supplement our current computer lab and enhance students' access to technology-driven education programs in the classroom.
