Daily activities focus on social skills, kindergarten readiness, and the child’s emotional growth. As a mother of five and a grandmother of six, I have always balanced my roles with grace, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to supporting children and families within my community. Despite many challenges, I pursued my education relentlessly, earning a Social Work Degree. My career as a Civil

Servant for the City of New York, especially my 15 years at Bellevue Hospital Center in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, allowed me to help children and families with mental health and developmental challenges. Here, I found my true calling. As a teenage parent, I managed childcare, worked 60 hours a week, and attended evening classes, with my mother’s support. I want to create access to safe, reliable childcare so parents can work confidently, knowing their children are in good hands. My mission is to ensure all children have a safe place to thrive and parents can pursue their careers without constant worry about their child's well-being.
