Boy did the striper give us a scare early on. Had to make a run but it paid off. Caught a lot of fish and found a few good ones. Then ran and beat up on the channel catfish for awhile before heading in. One more trip in the morning and I’m headed out for vacation!!!!!!

All catch and release today for Bill and Dennis. We ended up keeping several that were bleeding but most fish were released to fight another day. Caught our good fish early then chased some schooling fish for a bit before calling it a morning.

Never got the big fish going this morning but we got them pretty good. Bite was great early but as the sun got up the bite just steadily died off.

Lake Texoma made us earn it today. There was a lot of smaller fishing going early but it was tough to even get them to bite. Made some moves around the lake and landed right on a massive school of good fish. Made it happen in the 4th quarter today but that’s July fishing you just never know when and where they are gonna bite the best from day to day.
