This special celebration is open to Black high school graduates, GED recipients, trade school graduates, college graduates (associate, bachelor’s, master’s, doctorate), and other educational milestones as we recognize your hard work and accomplishments with community, family, and love.

🗣️This session challenges the belief that law enforcement “can’t change” by offering an honest, lived perspective from within the profession.
🗣️As a Black woman and active police officer, Rashida Saunders explores the tension between community trust, personal identity, and the realities of the job.
🗣️Students will be invited to think critically about accountability, humanity, and what meaningful change actually requires.
🗣️This is not a surface-level conversation. It is an honest one. Grounded in experience, growth, and the courage to ask better questions about justice, leadership, and community.

✅My Identity Ain't Yours To Define!

✅ Everyone has a label for you. Your parents, your teachers, the "algorithm," and "the powers that be". They think they know your story, but they’re reading the wrong book. "My Identity Ain’t Yours to Define" is a high-energy, creative takeover where we use music, visual art, and theatrics to rip up the script and write a new one. This isn't just a workshop; it’s an artistic exploration of who you actually are as we dive into the importance of cultural identity and how we resist erasure of ourselves and our communities.
