🍦CRE TITLE I ANNUAL MEETING + ICE CREAM SOCIAL!🍦

CRE families, mark your calendars for Thursday, August 27! We’re adding a little 50’s fun to our Title I Annual Meeting!

🍨 5:00–5:30 PM | PTO Ice Cream Social
Our amazing PTO is hosting an Ice Cream Social for adults! Come make an ice cream float, mingle with other CRE families, and connect with our faculty and staff.

🎥 Meanwhile, CRE students get their own fun!
Students will head to our CRE Drive-In Movie with their teachers and enjoy FREE popcorn/concessions and a drink! 🍿🥤

📚 5:30–6:00 PM | Title I Annual Meeting
Families will learn more about Title I at CRE, including the events, programs, and initiatives we provide throughout the year to support our students and families. We’ll also share how Title I helps us work together so every Panther can Belong • Grow • Thrive!

Can’t make the evening meeting? We’ll offer an alternate meeting Friday, August 28 at 8:00 AM in the cafeteria.

We need your help! Winter Carnival planning is officially underway, and we are looking for both auction items and craft vendors for the big day! Do you own a business, or know someone who does, that would love to donate to our auction? Or are you interested in setting up as a vendor? 🛝 Kinders: Join our Panther Playground Patrol, learn how to play safely, become Playground Certified, enjoy a popsicle, and make some new friends!

☕ Parents: Fuel up at our Coffee & Water Bar while learning about attendance, what Kindergarten learning will look like, how children learn to read, and simple ways you can support learning at home.

Future Kindergartners… It’s Time to Cruise into Kindergarten! 🚗💜

We can’t wait to welcome our newest Panthers to Clyde Riggs Elementary for Cruisin’ into Kindergarten on Friday, August 14th at 9am!

This exciting morning is designed to help our future kindergarten students feel confident, connected, and ready for their first day of school!

🏁 Students will:

🛝 Become Playground Certified with our Panther Playground Patrol

🍦 Celebrate with popsicles and make new friends

🎉 And best of all… find out who their kindergarten teacher will be!

☕ Parents will:

💜 Enjoy our Fuel Up for Kindergarten Coffee & Water Bar, hosted by our amazing PTO

If your child sold cookies, today is the big day!
• When: Starting at 12:00 PM
• Where: The old Panther Pals door
Swing by and grab your treats! See you there! ✨
Please remember these are frozen, and need to be picked up as soon as possible. If you can’t make it at 12, we will send them with your child in the car rider line. We will not send home on the bus.
