Here’s my annual speech about Halloween candy — freakin’ eat it!!
I despise these images; it’s pure shaming and toxic diet culture. This is not what exercise is about, exercise is to celebrate what your body can do, to surprise you at its accomplishments, and set you up for a healthy, long life.
🤬These ads infuriate me, they set us up for feeling like s**t about our bodies and how we live.

So..yeah..Jody pretty much won Halloween costume contest.
