Today is the deadline for the initial $300 deposit per person. Don’t miss the opportunity for your student to experience this incredible East Coast trip with their friends and fellow band and auxiliary members!

Payment Schedule & Tour Conditions:

* Initial Deposit: $300 per person
$75 becomes nonrefundable after 12/30/26
* February 1, 2027: Recommended $300 monthly payment
* April 1, 2027: Recommended to have at least half paid — $1,747.50
$750 becomes nonrefundable after 4/10/27
* May 1, 2027: Final balance due
NONREFUNDABLE after 5/2/27

This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our students—not only to travel and experience incredible places, but to make lifelong memories with their friends while representing PHS Panther Band! 🐾🎶

We have a couple of important items coming up:

✈️ EAST COAST TRIP
The $300 deposit is due no later than SEPTEMBER 15TH and must be paid directly to Hanson Travel at (559) 784-2240.

We need a minimum of 100 students committed in order to make this trip happen! If your student plans to attend, please make sure their deposit is submitted by the deadline to secure their spot. 🗽✈️
