🌎Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! 🌎
This week, we kicked off our Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations! Our Ositos Bilingües enjoyed special dress-up days, an exciting rally, and opportunities to learn more about the many Hispanic and Latino countries, cultures, traditions, and contributions that make our world so rich and diverse.

We are so proud of our Ositos Bilingües as they celebrate their heritage, embrace different cultures, and continue learning in both languages! 🐻💚💛

Our 5th grade students had a wonderful learning experience at SCICON! They explored nature through educational hikes, learned about conservation, and participated in hands-on outdoor science activities.
What a great opportunity for our Ositos to learn, explore, and connect with the natural world! 🌲🔎.We are so proud of our 5th graders and all the learning they experienced! 💚💛

At our morning rally, we had the joy of recognizing so many of our students with the Osito Bilingüe Award! 🏆
These students are being recognized for their great efforts to become bilingual and biliterate, always trying their best, and showing respect for others 🌎💚
We are SO proud of each and every one of you! Your hard work, kindness, and dedication truly make you shine. What a great start to the year, Ositos! 🐻Keep learning, keep growing, and keep being amazing!

What a great time we had with our students and families at our PTO Back to School Picnic last week! 🎉🌭☀️

It was wonderful to see our school community come together, enjoy some fun, and make memories as we start another amazing school year.

Great First Friday Rally! 🎉
What a fantastic way to kick off our Friday! Our students showed amazing school spirit as we danced, laughed, and had lots of fun together. 💚💛
We wrapped up the rally by singing our Summit Song loud and proud! 🎶🐻
A special shoutout to our student leadership team, who did an incredible job leading the rally and even added some extra school spirit with fun face painting! 🎨
Way to go, Ositos Bilingües! We’re off to an amazing start! ✨

Ending our first week on a high note! 🐻Our mascot, Mateo, greeted our students this morning, and many showed their school spirit with fun face painting done by our leadership students! 🎨💚 We also enjoyed some popsicles after learning about our schoolwide behavior matrix and what it means to be an Osito Bilingüe.

We’re off to a great start and are ready for an amazing year with lots of school spirit! 🐻✨
