🎤✨ Our future student leaders took the spotlight!

Last Friday, our students gathered for an exciting Student Council Assembly, where candidates had the opportunity to share their speeches and tell their classmates why they would make great student leaders.

We are so proud of all the students who showed courage, confidence, and leadership by stepping up and sharing their ideas with our school community! 👏❤️

🤖✨ Fourth grade adventure alert! ✨🤖

Ms. Saldivar’s class had an amazing hands-on learning experience at the Animakers Space Lab! 🚀

Students learned all about animatronics and got to see how creativity, technology, and programming come together. They even had the opportunity to program an animatronic using a Sparkee replica! 🤖🔧

The creativity continued as students sculpted their own face clay masks, similar to the process used to create masks for animatronics. 🎭

To top it all off, they put their problem-solving skills to the test by creating their very own electric bugs using everyday household materials like batteries, Q-tips, toothbrush heads, pipe cleaners, and double-sided tape! 🐞⚡

What a fun day filled with creativity, STEM, teamwork, and hands-on learning! 💡❤️

Today, we came together in patriotic spirit to honor and remember those affected by September 11th. As we remember the lives lost and the heroes who showed incredible bravery, we also celebrate the strength and unity of our country. ❤️🤍💙
