I am going to miss teaching some of my kiddos this summer (one the whole summer and a couple just for one of the months). I wish them lots of fun in the sun, beach or pool trips,
camp, etc which makes childhood so memorable and will see you on the flip side!

Well, I'm one year older on Wed. At least I don't feel older. Certainly healthier than this time last year.

With a gas fill-up costing $40 or more these days, this was sweet surprise. This mom added this on top of my travel/lesson fee. Sometimes I need that little reminder that there are very kind folks in this town.

Been a busy week! Gained one adult, one 16 yr old, and one 12 yr old. Loving how much this studio is growing!

Every heart is a student. It's been close to one year since teaching again and I feel so blessed to know these fine young ladies and gentlemen! And a few adults too!

Back up to 12 students! Lost a few in Feb (some only temporarily).

Super excited! Finally my students will have their first recital!!!! They will be playing songs for the residents of The Gardens of PSL. They will have 6 weeks to practice, memorize, then perform them in May.

I just wanted to do a quick shout-out to one of my teenage students. He is just soaring and I am so proud!

The studio is coming together nicely! Have only been back at it since June (2025) and am now at 17 students! I was hoping to reach 20 before Dec 31, but lost a couple at the end of the year due to them moving away. That's okay. I have high hopes that I will reach 30 by the end of this year and 40 by end of '27. It took me 7 years to get that many while living in Virginia but at the rate I am growing, I believe I will be there in half the time.
