Those pushes remind me I can get through the hard things of each and every day! So I remind you today! To DO THE HARD THINGS, and watch as everything else becomes light work!

Every morning, new mercies I see! This scripture has been sitting with me for a couple of weeks now, so I wanted to share it for anyone who has been needing a bit of inspiration and encouragement for another day.

Matthew 6:33-34 teaches us to seek the kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously and God will provide our needs. So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow brings its own worries. Today’s troubles are enough for today.

Rest your weary minds on these words. No one eats an entire pizza in one bite! Bit by bit is the way. Not taking on more than you can bear is the way.

My FAVORITE scripture, Romans 12:2, reminds us to renew our minds DAILY! So don’t fall for the hustle culture the world is trying to normalize! Don’t rush whatever your healing journey/process is. Take things one bite at a time. One day at a time. And pause to exhale to new mercies that await you each morning.

Let’s call this, Thankful Thursday! 🥰

The past couple of weeks has challenged my faith and revealed dormant fears in me that has made me lean into God more and more!

It’s amazing how God aligns Himself perfectly to show up for us when we need Him the most! To transition from a season of silence, to a season of complete dependence is SO HUMBLING!

I’m so thankful that God has placed the right people around me for such a time as this! Shout out to my knight in shining armor One and Only for ALWAYS being my personal Black Panther when I need that extra push, when it’s time to be brave and do the hard things, and to spoil me a little when hey, sometimes a girl just needs a slice of pizza and a beer! 😂😂

And shout out to My Squad, My God Sisters, and My Business besties for the prayers, the encouraging words, the listening shoulders, and the occasional glass of wine 😘 I love y’all real bad! Yall know who you are! 🫶🏾

Going after your “it” isn’t easy! It comes with challenges, more mental than anything, obstacles and distractions from the outside world to attempt to throw you off course! But stay focused! Remember, we HAVE to renew our minds daily! Don’t get lost in the distractions! Stay the course! Go Get your blessings!
