It’s been a minute so let’s update!

This summer was so hectic and busy. We have been working hard at our boarding facility, The Riding Place, making necessary updates to get it beautiful. Steph has also become the 4H leader of Blazing Saddles, and Fair was wonderful at the end of August.

We have taken a break from bringing on training horses at this time as we focus on our own personal horses for the time being. Watch out for updates about Charmander and the new mustang as they go through training to become good horses!

Lessons are booming and we have room for two or three more spots to be filled. My lessons are currently $40 for a 50 minute horsemanship experience.

Can’t wait to see what we can do the rest of the year!

When they go around like they never missed a beat after a year of rehabbing- that's how ya know they were started right 🙂‍↕️

S'mores is such a silly mare sometimes but man she blew me away with how much undersaddle work she retained!

Collection? No problem. Shoulder yields? Whatev. Sliding stop? Yup still in there!

I'm so happy she recovered and can join us in all the fun! 🩶✨️

The prettiest little 3 y/o I've seen in awhile 🤩

Meet Eden! She'll be in training for the next 60 days for a tune up. Our client recently bought her and though she's dreamy- we got a few things to work on 😉 Excited to see her progress! ✨️

From taking over an hour to load, flipping over when asked to go in or simply not going in after all efforts are exhausted- 3 trailer sessions later and this girl has learned the trailer is not a scary place to be. That it is not an obligation, but a choice she can make for herself. Advocating for every horse's needs and what they are comfortable with can definitely switch perspectives for them. I'm very pleased with Sundae's progress- after a lot of patience and absolutely no whips or bribery, this girl finds loading up to be a cake walk ✨️

Working the blue eyed mares was the right way to end a long day 🩵

Currently working on muscling S'mores up and getting her back in the swing of things after a year off. Sundae had a really successful trailer session today- patience goes a long way. ✨️

We are proud to announce the birth of Cinema aka CiCi!

Beautiful mama Tater selected the copy and paste version with a little hint of the daddy added in there.

CiCi is a Classic Ch*****ne Dun Half Arabian by Diesel Smoke CBA and out of Xceptionally Scandalous (Xceptionally Dun Too x Scandalous First).

There are no words to describe this incredible feeling as this wonderfully perfect filly kicks off our breeding program.
