Well… I guess this means Salty Tiles has officially arrived. 😂
We recently discovered that unauthorized sellers are copying our original artwork and using it to make imitation versions of our Mahjong sets. Some are even using the Salty Tiles name in their product titles, descriptions, and search terms—without our permission.
Please don’t assume a product is authentic simply because a listing includes the words “Salty Tiles.” These products, sellers, and manufacturers are not associated with us. We do not sell or license our artwork or brand name through Alibaba or any other unauthorized third-party marketplace.
They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery—but stealing an artist’s work and using her business name is taking that a little too far.
Because these products are not made, inspected, or approved by Salty Tiles, we cannot guarantee what you will receive—including the quality, materials, colors, craftsmanship, tile count, packaging, or safety. We also cannot provide customer service, replacements, or refunds for purchases made through unauthorized sellers.
When you purchase directly from Salty Tiles or one of our authorized retailers, you are supporting the original artwork, the small business behind it, and all the love, creativity, and attention to detail that went into creating the real thing.
If you see our designs or the Salty Tiles name on another marketplace at a suspiciously low price, please know that does not make the product authentic.
