At the request of the School Board, the District is seeking feedback from parents and guardians regarding the recent Board action to limit screen time for students in prekindergarten through first grade.

Greetings, Cougar Family!

We are excited to kick off another AMAZING year of athletics at Crystal Lake Middle School! As we begin the new school year, we want to remind our student-athletes that participation in athletics comes with the responsibility of setting a positive example for their peers by maintaining high standards both academically and behaviorally.

Please see the attachment (ATHLETICS - Parent Info) for specifics regarding basic requirements for participation, practice scheduling, and home and away game details.

To launch athletics for the 2026-27 school year, soccer and cross-country will begin simultaneously starting the week after next. Please refer to the attached flyers for tryout details.
Direct student-athletes to the appropriate coach for questions and paperwork.
