🌟 Employee Spotlight: Andie 🌟

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Andie—a wonderful member of our Head Start team! 💕

Andie is kind-hearted, hardworking, and always willing to help others. One of the things she enjoys most about her work is seeing the families we serve succeed, reach their goals, and accomplish things they may have once thought were out of reach. Her compassion and dedication make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. ❤️

Andie is also incredibly talented and has so many interests outside of work! 🧶🎹📚 She enjoys crocheting, knitting, playing the piano, and reading. She loves being outdoors and appreciating nature, but most of all, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. 🌿💕

We are so grateful to have Andie as part of our Head Start family. Thank you, Andie, for the kindness, dedication, and heart you bring to our team every day! Your work matters, and you are truly appreciated. 🌟

Help us celebrate Andie and all that she brings to our Head Start community! 👏💗

💜 Domestic violence doesn’t always leave a bruise.

Abuse can look like control, threats, isolation, stalking, sexual violence, strangulation, financial abuse, or living in fear of what might happen if you say no.

This October, let’s go beyond awareness. Learn to recognize the signs. Believe survivors without blaming them. Talk about consent and healthy relationships. Check on someone you’re worried about.

Because abuse isn’t the victim’s responsibility to prevent.

There’s always more to learn—and the more we understand, the better equipped we are to support survivors and create safer communities.

💜 October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
