For August, we are spotlighting a CALS staff member, Erika Froiland! While Erika doesn't attend many in-person courses, she does much of her work behind the scenes, setting up registration and maintaining the CALS Learning Portal.

Her advice to prospective CALS course participants is to "set aside plenty of time to complete your pre-course eLearning so you can take it all in without feeling rushed."
