At Ahavah Tutoring Services, every lesson begins the same way: two chairs and one desk.

The desk between us is more than a place to write. It is where we ask questions, solve problems, celebrate progress, and build confidence together.

There are no rows of desks, no pressure to keep up with everyone else, and no fear of getting the wrong answer. There is simply one child receiving my full attention in a safe, encouraging environment where learning happens at their pace.

Before I teach a child, I try to understand them.

Every child walks into a learning environment with different strengths, different challenges, and different ways of processing information.

Some children need extra time before they feel confident enough to answer a question. Others learn best when they can see, move, discuss, or practise what they're learning.

That's why I believe children aren't meant to fit into one learning style.

Confidence grows when children feel understood.

And while improving grades is important, my goal goes beyond marks on a report card. I want every child to leave each lesson believing, "I can do this."

When children gain confidence, they become more willing to ask questions, solve problems, and enjoy learning again.

At Ahavah Tutoring Services, I take time to understand how each child learns so lessons can be tailored to their individual needs.
