As the summer begins to wind down, give yourself one peaceful hour to slow down, reconnect & reset.
This 60 min Sound Bath & Reiki Meditation is designed to help you release built up stress, settle your nervous system & feel more grounded in your body.

Throughout the experience, Danielle will move around the room, bringing instruments closer and offering individual Reiki energy healing. ✨

Bring a yoga mat, pillow/blanket, water & an open heart.

I got on the floor about to do a workout and Monty, my 8 year old mini Aussie has other plans. He signaled that he wanted some reiki energy healing.

He had a seizure earlier today and I did give him some reiki as he was coming out of the seizure. But it seems he needed a little more.

He loved around a lot which indicates that especially his head is super sensitive to the energy I am sending so I had to hover at times.

This pup is smart and so sweet. And kind of a comedian.

Love my Monty and I’m so grateful he can communicate with me about his needs!
