There's a version of you right now, staring at something you wrote down in January.

Telling yourself to push through.
Because quitting feels like failure.
Because you already committed.
Because what would it say about you if you stopped now.

So you keep going.
Even when it costs you.

But last week at my ACA spotlight, I said something a few women came up to me about after.

Not because you failed.
Because it doesn't fit anymore.

Give yourself permission.

To change your mind.
To change your name.
To change your logo.
To change your colors.

The sky is the limit.

Somewhere in you, you already know which one this is.

đź’› If you're ready to stop forcing and actually get clear on what's still worth finishing this year, that's the exact work we do in a Momentum Mapping Call.

130 days left in 2026 and I keep coming back to a question I asked a room full of entrepreneurs last week during my workshop: what still actually matters?

Not the goals you set in January because they sounded good. The ones that are still true.

Hitting a milestone before December feels good. But the clients I love working with aren’t just chasing a number, they’re building something that doesn’t cost them everything to get there.

I’ve been there over the past 11 years and some season feel tight while others feel open and what I’ve learned is that when there is too much tightness in a season that usually means it’s time to reevaluate the priorities and ensure that the value and purpose of why you begin this whole entrepreneurship journey still rings true.

If that’s you, my 1:1 coaching is where we get honest about both: what you want to finish this year, and what you actually want your business to feel like while you do it.

I’m opening up 2 spots in September if you’re ready to get clear and focus on what truly matters while keeping your business moving in the right direction.

It started with a text.

"I'm having a rough end to my summer, tbh... so busy and stressed."
Nothing dramatic.
Just another entrepreneur running on empty... the way we all do sometimes.

"It's so engrained culturally," she said.ďż˝"It's a constant battle."

I hear it too.
My own family's voice, saying don't stop, keep working. Then I remind myself... I get to do this my way.

So I shared a framework with her.

One my own coach taught me a while back... and honestly, it's been a game changer. I've been passing it on to entrepreneurs ever since.

Three seasons every business moves through:Foundation. Visibility. Expansion.
Not all at once. One at a time.

She named hers instantly.

"I think I'm in the foundation phase... I hadn't actually identified it until right now."

That's clarity creating momentum.

By the end of the conversation, she was rebuilding her calendar.
Making room for white space.
Planning to rest... on purpose, not by accident.

A few texts did that.

đź’› Now imagine 3 months. Or 6 with real structure, real space, and someone fully in your corner the whole way.

This is what 1:1 coaching looks like in my world.
Strategy and rest, held together.
Rest = Revenue. Clarity Creates Momentum.

If you're ready for a shift of your own, DM me "MOMENTUM" and let’s talk.

Nobody’s asking you to disappear from your own business

Not your voice
Not your leadership
Not the relationships you’ve built, the creativity that makes your work yours, the expertise people actually came for

It’s all been a labor of love and determination

Some of that should stay exactly where it is

The goal was never “how little can I possibly do”
It’s this…
Where does my presence actually create value and what’s quietly taking me away from that?

Maybe this is the first time you’ve seen it from this perspective
It could also be that case that denial has made it easy to ignore

To truly create a business that is aligned to your values & your inner workings,
This is necessary, too.

Freedom doesn’t mean becoming irrelevant in your own business
It means becoming intentional about where you spend your time and focus
That distinction is the whole workshop

She didn’t check her emails for a week. Not once.

Not “just a quick peek”
Not “let me make sure nothing’s on fire”

Nothing

It was one of the hardest things she’s had to do since becoming a small business owner 15 years ago.

She’d never felt so much pressure to seek her phone, laptop and even her DM inbox
It frightened her.

How could that have such a hold on her especially now that she was to have a week away at a women’s entrepreneurship retreat to recharge…

And she knew she needed it because she was so depleted
Mentally, physically & emotionally
Completely on empty

She knew setting her phone away would be a challenge but all the signs were there,
It needed to be done
Or nothing would change in her or her business

Upon returning back home to her office,
when she finally opened her inbox, this is what she told me…
“Everything was okay”

Her voice on the line sounded surprised
And there was even a little light giggle at the end

There were emails waiting
There were things she hadn’t responded to
There were things she hadn’t gotten to

And nothing had fallen apart

Not because her business didn’t need her,
Because she’d never actually tested what it could hold without her

I could hear the calm in her voice after the retreat
compared to before she intentionally made the time to getaway

It was different, more soft spoken
and secure in who she was now becoming

I’m building a workshop to help you start collecting that same evidence for yourself…

There was a version of me who couldn’t have left for a weekend…
let alone a month

I built the systems
I built the boundaries
I built the trust… in myself, in my business

And it still wasn’t instant

On the way to the airport, my mind was already racing

The emails I hadn’t finished
The calendar I hadn’t finalized

Will there be WiFi on the plane?
Is my layover long enough to get some done?

I hadn’t even landed yet…
and I was already negotiating with my own level of disconnecting from my business

The first three days, I was still tethered
Checking my phone on walks
Wondering if I even needed my laptop for a coffee run

There was a launch idea I was sure I had to finish before I left
I knew I needed every post scheduled. Every link ready.

Yet, I came home a month later…
and just delayed the launch

It felt better than finishing it ever would have

By the last week, my best friends flew in

I wasn’t thinking about my business
I wasn’t thinking about home

I was just there

And the whole time…
my business kept going without me.

I had to practice the very thing I teach

Not perfection.
Just enough clarity to keep moving anyway

I couldn’t have done this three years ago.

Which means wherever you’re standing right now…
that doesn't have to be where you stay.

I’m opening a workshop about exactly this, what it actually takes to build a business that can run without you having to run it every second

We’ll meet online on Wednesday, August 26th at 11am EST

She’s been in business for over 20 years…
She still gets a little nervous walking into a room full of strangers.

That’s the thing nobody tells you about networking, experience doesn’t make the nerves disappear.
It just means you’ve learned to walk in anyway.

On our call this week, I recommended to her…
Forget the perfect pitch.
Find your Memorable Moment.

So she thought about her clients. About the transformations she’s helped create.
And she landed on one to share.

Before working with her, one of her clients was bringing in $35K a month-cash only.
She waived his equipment fee for 6 months so he’d try accepting credit cards.

Today that same client brings in $100K a month in credit card sales.
On top of the cash.

Then, in the room, she added:
“And he has a taco truck.”

The room lost it.

Laughter.
Disbelief.
Everyone talking over each other.

Even some saying, “I need to open a taco truck!”

At the end, six people walked up to her afterward, business card in hand.
She walked up to a few more herself.

When we talked after, she said, “I got so many leads. They could see how I can help them.”

She’s the taco truck lady now.
And she’s thrilled about it.

Nobody remembers polished.
They remember a Memorable Moment.

Confidence in a room isn’t about having the perfect words memorized.

It’s about knowing your Memorable Moment and trusting yourself enough to share it.

THAT is what we work on together.
Not scripts. Not perfect pitches.

Clarity on the Memorable Moment that makes you unforgettable.

If you’re a woman entrepreneur who dreads networking rooms and wants a thought partner to help you walk in prepared, memorable, and grounded in who you are, I’d love to help.

DM me MOMENTUM and let’s talk.

She didn't need another coach telling her to push harder.
That's one of the biggest things I learned while coaching this client.

When we began working together, she had been carrying a creative dream for YEARS.

Every year she would tell herself she was going to do it.
Every year she didn't.

So it would have been easy to assume she needed more accountability. More discipline. More pushing.

But as our work deepened, I realized that wasn't what she needed at all.

This woman already knew how to push.

She works a full-time job.She has a family.She's accomplished.She's responsible.

As she says so perfectly in this clip:
“I white knuckle through my eight hours.”

She didn't need me to become another voice saying:
Keep going.Do more.Push harder.Don't stop now.

She needed space.

Space to hear herself.
Space to question what she was building and WHY.Space to recognize when fear was driving the decision.Space to rest without believing she was losing momentum.

Space to honor the season of life she was actually in.

And yes, we worked on strategy.

We created timelines.ďż˝
We broke big goals into micro-actions.

She developed her creative project. She pitched it.
Applied for a grant.ďż˝
Explored venues and opportunities.
She took ACTION.

But somewhere along the way, our work became about something even bigger than accomplishing the original goal.

It became about helping her trust herself enough to decide whether the goal still belonged to her.

THAT is why I coach holistically.

I don't believe my job is to hold you hostage to a goal simply because you wrote it down six months ago.

My role is to help you build the business AND life you actually want & sometimes that means knowing when to push, when to pivot, when to rest, and when to give yourself permission to choose differently.

Hearing her say, “You opened space for me to be me” means more to me than I can adequately put into words.

Because THAT is the work. ❤️

If you're a woman entrepreneur who doesn't need another person telling you to work harder, but you DO want someone beside you helping you find clarity, create momentum, work through what's keeping you stuck, and build in a way that honors the whole of who you are...

I'd love to talk with you.

DM me MOMENTUM and I'll send you the link to book a call with me. 🔥
