This is your last opportunity this year to learn self-buccal massage with us! We won't be offering another workshop for a while, so now is the perfect time to join.
Discover how to work with your own facial muscles using safe, effective self-massage techniques.

During this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to:
- Release tension in your jaw, cheeks, and facial muscles
- Work with tight areas inside the mouth using safe intraoral techniques
- Address facial tension associated with clenching and grinding
- Support natural facial contours and reduce the appearance of puffiness
- Build a simple self-massage routine you can continue at home
No previous massage experience required!
