Happy Soul Shine Sunday friends! Today my soul will shine through the acts of rest and leisure. It’s funny how these have become signs of weakness in our society however I see them as true signs of wellness, growth and self development.

Over the last few weeks I have had many reach out saying that they need a change. The new year, or any time transition really, is a good time to recommit to yourself, your health, your goals and your joy. For this reason I am reopening access to the my Soul Shine Signature 1:1 sessions. I limit 1:1 coaching to times when I feel like it aligns with my life and I can give my all. I will never give my clients half or a part of me. My goal is to help you find your own SOUL-shine. See the details on my website

Love Yourself Healthy is in full swing! Today we talked about the importance of presence. People often want to slow down time and the gift of presence is a great way to consciously do this. When we go into autopilot time seems to “slip away” because we are busy doing instead of being. The name human being expresses that we were made to be. Our productivity does not define us. Our essence is to be a human BEING. I ask my clients to do thought check ins throughout their day. To practice presence because it is a game changer.

It’s soul shine Sunday so I challenge you to be a human being instead of doing for part of your day. Practice presence, breath deep, use your senses to orient you to now. Stay out of the past or future. Just be. It takes practice but is so important on our journey.

I’ve been focusing on what I want in life and not what I don’t. In the manifesting challenge I am taking with @gabbybernstein we did a YES activity! What am I a yes to, you ask, well there is a lot!

I am a yes to: peace, love, joy, connection, calm, open communication, health, soul care, self love, boundaries, financial abundance, abundance in general, healthy relationships, knowing my worth and value, to name a few. I am focusing on what I want and leaving room for the miracles that I don’t even know I need yet. My 2021 was full of miracles because your energy attracts. Use it accordingly 💗

You took care of everything and now it’s time for you! My signature new year program is back! Jump in with support ♥️

We will be primarily online with a couple in person meetups.

Official Start January 2nd (unofficial start Dec 29 if you want to)

Kick off meeting in person December 29th at Plaistow Library at 7 pm (masks required)

Officially end date January 19th with a final check in also at the Library on this date

Spend 2 weeks loving yourself healthy with an assigned accountability partner and daily check ins in a private Facebook group.

Your focus will be to visualize who you want to be next year at this time and take steps every day to make the habits you need to become her. How does she speak to herself, how does she eat, how does she feel when she looks in the mirror? Is she happy? Does she take steps every day to care for herself? Is she surrounding herself with positive people and creating boundaries that protect her peace? You decide who you want to be and I will help you find your own way ♥️

This is my passion project because I love to see women learn to love themselves and care for their own well being. There is no cost unless you want to be entered for prizes then it is $25. The prizes will all center around self care and holistic health. I do ask that you commit to yourself for this 2 weeks and play full out. Commit to your health!


I interrupt your regularly scheduled holiday cheer with a reminder. The holidays are not always joyful for many. They can be stressful, sad and down right depressing for many. With that being said, you can feel your emotions without hurting yourself or others. Just remember your cracks make you beautiful and unique and when you express them in a healthy way they begin to heal and hold less power. Feel the emotions of the holiday and do something productive with them. Don’t bottle them until they explode on others or yourself in the form of self sabotage. My five tips for surviving the holiday season

1. Breath, meditation helps center you and sometimes your breath is all you can control
2. Move, conscious movement helps keep your energy up and movement is medicine
3. Eat, protein at every meal and remember food does not solve your problems
4. Sleep, it’s not something to skimp on because every area of your life needs it
5. Boundaries, they apply to family and holidays too. Not everyone deserves your energy

Consistency is the key! Anything you do consistently is going to have an impact on your life. Complain consistently, you will see more negative in your life, train consistently, you will see changes in your body, speak unkindly to yourself consistently, your mind will believe what you say.

Everything that is worth anything requires consistency. I work with women every day on improving their consistency and keeping the promises they make to themselves. It’s a beautiful thing when I can say “your consistency is showing”. What do you want to be more consistent with? What’s holding you back? Having a consistency partner is always a good idea when starting out or making a change. If you truly want something you must build that consistency muscle. I promise it’s worth the work! Small steps truly add up. It’s the compound effect 💗


𝘞𝘦 𝘊𝘈𝘕 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥. 𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥. 𝘞𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘺 𝘵𝘸𝘰 𝘧𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦 4 𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘴. 𝘓𝘖𝘝𝘌 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘏𝘖𝘗𝘌!

Here is the disconnect, we are all ONE TRIBE despite the divide. If you are letting your beliefs, views or politics separate you from humanity, you are perpetuating the problem, widening the gap and creating the divide. It’s not us vs them. No one is better than another. We are equal.

Love is the universal language and if we understood that and stopped putting beliefs, views and politics above it, we would make true change in our world. Hope is for everyone. Everyone needs HOPE!


Side note belief does not equal fact. Stand strong in your beliefs but also be open to listening and learning openly. A closed mind is the greatest disservice to our collective tribe. Hope for a better future and take actions to make it so.

What can you do today in your home or community to make it a better place?

Posting this photo of my daughter when she was 6 because no one is more hopeful and full of life than a child. Let them inspire us to be and do better. To live in love and kindness. To hold out hope and stop the judgment.


𝘓𝘦𝘵 𝘮𝘦 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦 you view the world is indicative of your internal state, not truly how it is. It is 90% based on your experiences.

How you view other people’s joy is due to your own conditioning. Do you meet it with more joy? Do you feel jealousy? Are you envious or longing? I heard a statistic yesterday that most people don’t like or relate to a woman who is joyful. She gets more judgment than her male counterpart. That saddens me. Let’s dive into why....

When someone reminds us of an unhealed experience, we get triggered. It’s often unconscious. When you feel triggered there is generally something that needs to be healed or something that longs to be witnessed. This could be either good or bad, such as those people you look up to or people you despise. You must realize when they trigger something in you there is still healing to be done.

Just remember that no one has a perfect life, but how you treat and view all of your ups and downs can make all of the difference in the world. I view my down times as lessons. I’m always trying to learn .

For this weekend, take note of what triggers you and ask yourself why instead of just feeling the feels.

The road to healing is long and bumpy. You just need to keep walking.

Soul Shine Sunday and today we are talking about judgement. Something to understand is that when you judge, you are really just looking for love. Deep down all you want to do is protect yourself from not feeling loved, by others or even yourself. Your judgement has nothing to do with the person you are judging and everything to do with the person in the mirror. @gabbybernstein states that “attack, fear, judgment and any form of separation are all just calls for help.” They are emotional pain that you want relief from.

Often we think the judgment is going to relieve the pain we are in, the pain from not enough-ness, jealousy, fear, the made up feelings we place on ourself often because we are comparing ourself to another or what we think our life SHOULD be like. The judgment just separates us more and leads to more negative thoughts. It’s in togetherness and love that we get the true relief.

I am rereading judgment detox because I feel like I have new eyes to take it in with. I was a different person a few years ago so rereading books of the past is like reading a whole new book because I take it in differently. I highly suggest you try it!

Another beautiful tip I plan to take forward from this book is to see everyone every time as if it were the first time. Leaving all pre-judgement to drop off. When you see someone through new eyes the essence of who they are shines through, not the judgment of who you THINK they are. Remember, who you perceive someone to be is created by you, not truly who they are. The are based on your interactions and judgments of them, not their true essence. I know I am totally different people to different people and who I am to them says more about them than me. It’s the nature of humanity.

I know many of us are not consciously aware of how often we judge ourselves and others. For today, affirm this, 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘫𝘶𝘥𝘨𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵. Type it in the comments and say it out loud!
