DAY 5 — DONE! ☀️🏃🏽‍♀️
My early-morning, fun, enjoyable run turned into a late hardcore sun run powered by sheer determination.

Running is a mental game for me. Once I’m out there, there are no detours and no giving up — you finish what you started.

Today was slower than my usual pace because this was also a partner run, and watching my running partner improve so much made every mile worthwhile.

This journey is about me — my commitment, my discipline, my transformation — while still leading by example.

6.30 miles. 14.1K steps. 502 calories.
Extremely hard. Outside my comfort zone. DONE. ✅ Love the Sweat 🥵
