Happy to all those hard-working ladies out there! Rather you're hard at work raising your family, owning a business, running a business, working for a business, or doing both, pat yourself on the back today. We've come a long way in society to be able to be celebrated and to celebrate ourselves and our achievements.

I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would be running the world's largest Beer Garden, but here I am! This has been the best journey of my life and has brought some absolutely incredibly talented and gifted women into my life. And for that, I am forever grateful.

Cheers to my fellow women who work days and nights and sleep very little in order to provide for the families.

Sometimes my job is caious. It can be hectic, time consuming, draining, and stressful. What makes it worth it are the people I work with, the community we are a part of, and the fulfillment that comes from a job well done. Also, I got to hang with Santa all day yesterday so that helps too! πŸ˜πŸ™ŒπŸŽ…πŸŽ„β€

Yesterday we hosted our 1st ever Christmas Market and it wouldn't have been possible without our amazing staff. ❀ I love each and every one of you so much! Thanks to and for making it a magical day, and for all of your hard work and long hours! πŸ’•πŸ’• Also thanks to Kenya but I can't tag him. 🀣

One of my absolute favorite Thanksgiving recipes, and tradition, is making homemade mushroom bechamel for green bean casserole!! 😍 It's my favorite side and such a joy to make! One of my favorite parts of summer, tomatoes! πŸ…πŸ˜‹πŸ™Œβ€πŸ˜

All you need is a pint of cherry toms covered in olive oil, a halved garlic bulb, fresh herbs of your choice, sprinkle of salt and pepper, and bake in the oven @ 375 for an hour! πŸ’―πŸ’‹

Have crusty bread handy for dipping! (Side bar, when done baking you gotta remove the paper from the garlic.)

Optional, add in goat cheese when done baking 😘

For a first time cheesecake baker, I am floored at how well this recipe turned out!!

A lot of you have been asking, and this recipe came from and there were step by step instructions along with a very helpful video! (Had to pause the video multiple times, video made to seem like it's a fast process but, more like a hurry up and wait, lol)

Over all it was time consuming and took me from about 7pm-ish to 1am-ish. TOTALLY WORTH EVERY MINUTE! πŸ‘Œβ€

Collab coming soon! I'm so excited to be pairing my Gravy with Victoria over at Raleigh Biscuit Company!

The moment has finally come in the Raleigh Biscuit Company test kitchen! Biscuits and Gravy!!! I’m freaking out with excitement. Gillian is a very close friend of mine and has been on an amazing food journey. She has always cooked at home and for her very close family so to remember her recipes, she started a successful Food Blog . Through the pandemic she has been cooking up a storm! I was watching the whole time, rooting her on and drooling from afar. She was cooking famous recipes from ashley Christensen and a few other local celebs, and all looked amazing. I would beg her to cook for me! Haha, well she finally got in our kitchen a whipped up some of the best sausage gravy I could’ve ever imagined. Meaty, flavorful and delicious over our famous Clayton Classic biscuit! I’m excited to announce April 9th we will be serving hot biscuits and gravy out of our kitchen for all of you to try and tell us what you think! I think y’all will love it, and I’m excited to hear your thoughts. Cheers Gillian!
