Remote Area Medical was an Amazing event and opportunity for our Butler community! Over 300 participants received free medical, dental, and/or vision services this weekend. I volunteered on Saturday and met so many wonderful people from near and far that donated their time, expertise, and passion for service. Grateful!

Today, I stopped by to cheer on and hug my Special Olympics Pennsylvania athletes and friends! I am still Amazed and Impressed that Family Bowlaway Fun Center started a special needs bowling program in 1956. That's 67 years! Fantastic!

Look what arrived today, “HR Like a Boss”, written by my friend and colleague, John Bernatovicz. Recently, John and I shared the stage at DisruptHR Pittsburgh and his passion for HR captivated the audience. Not only does John encourage HR professionals to view their roles…their impact on an organization differently, he encourages us to view HR as a company’s source of inspiration. Congrats, John!
