Online writing and literature classes for middle and high school students. We offer classes in composition as well as literary study.

Write from the Heart is an online English program designed for homeschoolers grades 6-12. We seek to provide a quality education that both challenges and encourages each student.

Somewhere between picture books and high school essays, a lot of kids stop writing for the joy of it. The stories get replaced by five-paragraph formulas. The voice goes quiet.

We built Write from the Heart to bring it back without giving up an inch of academic rigor.

Our online classrooms are active every day. Students get detailed feedback on every assignment from an experienced writing coach (never AI), plus real peer response from other writers in the class. They're placed by ability, not by grade level, so your teen is challenged where they actually are. And the writing stays theirs. Our job is to make their voice stronger, not to replace it with ours.

Over twenty years, our students have earned 800+ Scholastic Art & Writing Awards and published their works on Amazon.

Our Literature courses are complete, comprehensive English classes that offer real depth to high school students. In our classroom, good literature and good writing are taught together rather than as separate subjects.
