Please give whatever you can. Eva’s programming at CCS is at risk. She created the textile collage piece featured here at her CCS class today. 💕

2025 has been a tough year for many. Please know you’re held in friendship, gratitude, and the warm community embrace of the CCS team. 💛

This week, Creative Citizen Studios lost a historically supportive funding stream—cutting 30% of our annual operating budget and putting all scholarships, for all artists in our program - at risk.  Combined with the $47,500 loss of our ArtsHERE grant in May...

This represents the single largest unanticipated funding cut in our entire CCS history.

Our Annual Fall Fundraising Appeal alone cannot fill a gap of this size.

You’ve shown up for CCS before—and we’re asking for your support by donating, sharing, and helping us get through this barrier we didn’t expect to come before the new year.

Great news from Evlogia Studio! Please share! 💕
We’ve been researching the best ways to bring Eva’s vibrant collage art to life, and we’re thrilled to share that Printful is now producing her new ornaments, cups, and shopping bags. Their color quality and print clarity are incredible — perfectly capturing Eva’s signature style: bold shapes, joyful color, and imaginative layers that reflect the way she sees and organizes the world.

For those who don’t know her story, Eva is a young adult artist with Level 3 autism whose collage work has become a powerful form of communication, expression, and independence. Supporting her shop means supporting her creative voice and helping her share her art with a wider community.

Every item ships out from Eva’s own Etsy shop within 48 hours, so they’re wonderful for thoughtful, last-minute gift giving.

And a little bonus: if you use Apple Pay, you’ll get $15 off orders of $75+ with the code APPLEPAY.

PLEASE SHARE 💕 Hi everyone! Many of you know that Eva attends three art classes a week at Creative Citizen Studios (CCS)—a place that has truly become her creative home. As her mom, I also serve on the CCS board because I’ve seen firsthand how life-changing this organization is for artists with disabilities.

Through CCS, Eva and her fellow artists build confidence, make meaningful connections, create real-world art, and even sell their work. From weekly classes to Citizen Made, the collaborative textile program Eva participates in, to community workshops for artists who can’t make it to the Millvale studio—CCS opens doors that simply would not exist otherwise.

Because of CCS, artists have partnered with professional artists from The Associated Artists of Pittsburgh, helped create city murals with Pittsburgh Public Works, and held exhibitions in studios and galleries across the region.

Right now, we’re in the middle of our Fall Fundraiser, and we’re hoping to keep these opportunities growing. Your donation—big or small—helps provide accessible equipment, scholarships for classes, and the resources that keep this community running.

If you have charitable dollars to give this year, please consider supporting CCS and the artists we serve.

Thank you so much for cheering Eva—and all CCS artists—on. 💕
