✨ Robert Sumpter, Director of Pathways to Work at House, will be on site leading a hands‑on career workshop—offering real guidance, practical tools, and encouragement that lasts beyond one night.

Through Hosanna House, Inc.’s Pathways to Work, young people aren’t just landing jobs—they’re building stability and momentum.
✔️ 89% remain employed after 120 days
✔️ Average wages of $19/hour
✔️ Nearly $1 million in annual wages flowing back into local households
