What a day. đź’™
Nearly 1,000 Pittsburgh Public Schools seniors came together for Senior Celebration Day—sharing their plans, celebrating each other, and taking a big step toward what’s next.
From college and career training to the workforce and service, the Class of 2026 showed what’s possible when students have a plan and the support to get there.
At The Promise, we’re proud to stand alongside these students as a partner in their success—through scholarships, coaching, and the support that helps them prepare, plan, and move forward with confidence.
Congratulations, Class of 2026. We can’t wait to see where you go. 🎓✨

In today’s Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, our Executive Director, Saleem Ghubril, shares how The Promise is evolving—and why scholarships, while powerful, have always been just one part of how we support students.
We’ve helped more than 13,000 young people pursue education beyond high school. And we’re continuing that work—through scholarships and through deeper support that helps students plan, persist, and succeed.
