Nelson is no bully. But we can't wait for him to yell "ha ha!" at all the naysayers once he gets adopted. And thanks to Berger and Green Nelson's adoption fee is already paid! *adoption screening still applies

This handsome boy is Nelson, a 3 year old pittie-mix & an all-around great dog! This guy is very well behaved & walks perfectly on a leash with minimal pulling. He loves treats & is glad to sit very nicely for one. Nelson also appears to be house-trained - he didn't have any accidents when he went home for a slumber party with one of our volunteers. While this pooch doesn't seem to be very sure about playing with toys, it may just be because he's getting used to a new environment. Nelson has met a few smaller dogs, as well as a cat, & he seemed to get along fine with all of them. This friendly, sweet guy deserves a great home for the holidays!
