So let me tell you this one thing...
When I started beachbody, I just wanted to be healthier and feel confident in my body , those were my main goals
I had always envied the girls who could rock white jeans in the summer because they looked so cute, but I knew I could never wear them and look good, let alone take a selfie and post it on social media
Until now because of what:
30 minutes of exercises a day
One nutrient dense shake a day
Endless support from friends and family does
It gives you the healthy body you wanted and the confidence to rock those white jeans in the summer

Today is day one:
Day one of working out in 2 weeks unless you count biking along the Pacific Ocean in Peru and dancing my heart out with my college girls over the weekend.
Let me tell you this, yes life is all about balance... seeing what the rest of the world looks like, spending time with loved ones, working hard, but I let the most important part slip under the radar in the last 2 weeks, ME.
So it's time to get back to the basics for me...

This is me right now...
I took a small step back from sharing my progress on social media this past month...
Life has been crazy, work has been non stop, but it didn't stop me.
๐The 4:30 wake up calls happened and I pushed play
๐ the daily dose of dense nutrition continued every. single. day
๐the 80/20 lifestyle was on point
It's not that I completely fell off the wagon, because I didn't. I did need to step back into the shadows for a moment and I'm back with a vengeance

This morning I had my yearly physical and during my conversation with my P*P we talked about these things...
Do you work out...yes 6 times/per week
Do you eat healthy...yes
Do you drink...yes, socially
Do you take any vitamins or supplements....no, I do something better, I drink shakeology
That explains things...

Monday's take me back to college swimming days, not in the sense of swimming 6 miles....but working out twice!
