I love what I do and I love who I work with. I LOVE Passavant’s Foundation - Bridge2Hope. I love those families. I’m touched that they feel comfortable sharing their life’s stories with me. I’m touched and feel humbled when they share with me, a daughter’s engagement or a child is on the road of recovery. They even bring me flowers. Cooking and food in general, always brings families together so why not to cook?? A Wedge Salad with a Twist - caramelized onions and radishes marinated in the beets, Chicken Cordon Bleu, French Carrots and Chocolate Mousse.
