I bet you’re wondering why there’s so many pictures of food?! Well first because it’s delicious 😋 lol and secondly because nutrition and nutrition education are so important in everyday life especially during and immediately after pregnancy! Proper nutrition helps maintain a healthy body, mind and pregnancy but the importance of adequate nutrients to maintain milk supply, mental health stability, and overall wellbeing is at an all time high. The majority of our problems start in our gut and manifest from there. At, Birthing with Brandi and Beyond, I focus a lot of energy on giving my families the opportunity to make self informed decisions through nutrition counseling and culinary demonstrations. We are changing birthing outcomes and lives, one plate and one bite at a time.

Hi! I’m Brandi. I’m a mom of 2 amazing boys Julian 16 and Jalyn 12 who is on the spectrum. I’m a teacher, nutrition educator, advocate, doula, business owner, nature, and food lover 💕 Ever since I was little I loved playing school, I had to be the teacher 👩‍🏫 😂 I loved playing house and hospital, I was always the doctor and the mommy 😂 and I loved playing with and creating food in my play kitchen which explains my love for food and cooking!
