Summer has been full of adventure for our Ave Maria Academy students! ☀️💙

Whether they were traveling, attending camps, playing sports, performing, celebrating with family and friends, or making memories in their communities, our Royals have been making the most of every moment.

We love seeing our students learning new skills, growing in confidence, building friendships, and enjoying all the fun that summer has to offer.

🧸 Thank you to our Preschool, Pre-K and Kindergarten families, kiddos, and fluffy friends who joined us for our Teddy Bear Picnic across both of our campuses today! 🧸

As we continue to enjoy summer, we’re taking a moment to look back on one of Ave Maria Academy’s most cherished traditions—our May Crowning.

At AMA, faith-filled traditions create memories that last a lifetime.

Our Mt. Lebanon Campus May Crowning was a beautiful celebration as Father Brian Welding celebrated Mass with our school community.

Together, our graduating eighth graders and second graders who recently received their First Holy Communion honored the Blessed Mother in a tradition that beautifully reflects the faith, community, and lifelong connections that define an Ave Maria Academy education.

The celebration also marked a bittersweet moment as we honored and thanked our beloved principal, Mrs. Lynne Lynch, for her years of faithful leadership and dedication to Ave Maria Academy. Wishing her every blessing in this next chapter!

Did you know that one of Ave Maria Academy’s most cherished traditions is the May Crowning, celebrated by our graduating eighth graders and second graders who have recently received their First Holy Communion?

This year’s celebration was especially meaningful as Bishop Mark Eckman celebrated Mass with our school community at our Bethel Park Campus. Together, our students honored the Blessed Mother in a beautiful expression of faith, while the eighth graders passed on this treasured tradition to the next generation of Ave Maria Academy students.

As we enjoy the summer months, we’re grateful to look back on this special day and the faith-filled traditions that make our school community so unique. 💙🤍
