Hello all!
2025 is underway and I have been pushed towards a direction to discover freedom of mind. That is a call to action: Discover peace of mind.
It's essential that we live with a level security so that we are content with ourselves, and with life. Striving to reach a level that far exceeds our human capabilities is unrealistic. Falling back on what brings us peace and comfort should be our goals. I've learned already this year that I need to guard my focus. In order to do that, I must find what my focus should be on. Through the legendary musical artist Avicii I have come to know my focus is my peace of mind.
Thank you, Avicii, for leaving us your music, your heart, and your guidance. When my niece died, "Wake Me Up" used to play all the time and it made me so emotional. To this day, I'll still cry when I sing it. Today, I cried a lot because life really can be so fruitful if we focus on what brings us peace of mind, and my niece, she brings me peace of mind. My mind becomes still knowing that a heart can live a million lifetimes and survive the deepest of darkness and still leave beauty, and wonder, in the world.
Choose to guard your focus this year. Find that something that brings you peace of mind., and free your mind.
