Mondays and Wednesdays:

8:15 am - 8:45 am Core
8:45 am - 9:15 am Stretch
9:15 am - 9:45 am Core
9:45 am - 10:15 am Stretch
10:15 am - 11 am Group Training

Tuesdays:

8:15 am - 9 am Group Training
9 am - 9:30 am Stretch
10 am - 10:45 am Group Training
10:45 - 11:15 am Stretch
6:15 - 7 pm Group Training

Thursdays

8:15 am - 9 am Group Training
9 am - 9:30 am Stretch
10 am - 10:45 am Group Training
10:45 - 11:15 am Stretch
6:30 - 7:15 pm Group Training

Core classes are a 30 minute class focusing on core specific exercises. Please bring a mat for this class as the exercises in this class will primarily be on the floor . This class is open to all levels.

Stretch classes are 30 minutes of total body stretches. During this class we may utilize stretching straps and yoga blocks. Please bring a mat for this class.

Group Training is a 45 minute total body workout. We will utilize various types equipment including Battleropes, dumbbells, and bands. This circuit workout is designed to keep you moving! This class is open to all levels.
