Purpose finder for the retired. Retirement isn't going how you planned? Are you bored? Going back to work isn't your only option.

I help you find your new purpose for you to feel needed and fulfilled.

Have you noticed your retired partner becoming restless lately?

Starting projects but not finishing them. Scrolling endlessly. Wanting constant interaction. Depending on you to entertain them. Feeling frustrated without knowing why.

Summer often magnifies this. Retirement was supposed to feel fulfilling by now. When it doesn’t, many retirees quietly struggle with disappointment and loss of identity.

That’s why I created The 2nd Wind Playbook — to help retirees rediscover momentum, meaning, and a future they feel excited about again!!

Summer is supposed to bring freedom, but for many retirees, too much free time becomes overwhelming.

Especially when they no longer know:
➡ where they fit
➡ what excites them
➡ who they are outside of work

Families often feel the ripple effects:
More tension.
More clinginess.
More emotional dependency.

The issue usually isn’t time. It’s lack of meaningful direction.

The 2nd Wind Playbook helps retirees move from drifting to intentional living in this next chapter.

A lot of adult children feel guilty admitting that their retired parent depends on them too much, but this situation is incredibly common. Retirement can be very isolating, so they turn to their adult children to entertain them. Sometimes that doesn’t fit well into their schedules.

Adult children want to spend time with their parent, but to be their entire world is too much. They have their own responsibilities and purposes to follow. They wish their parent was happier and had their own purpose to chase.

Your parent may not need another hobby. They need:
✔ Direction
✔ Community
✔ Purpose
✔ A vision for this next stage of life

I help them to create their future!!
Retirement should feel bigger than waiting for the next family event.

The grandkids are visiting. Summer schedules are full. Everyone’s excited. But after the busy moments pass… many retirees are left with long stretches of emptiness again.

This is one of the biggest hidden struggles of retirement. The temporary highs followed by the emotional drop afterward. Families often mistake this for negativity or complaining. But underneath it is often a deeper question: “What is my life centered around now?”

I help retirees create purpose that lasts longer than vacations, visits, or events on the calendar!! Message me for more info.

I talk to a lot of partners of retirees who say some version of I love them but I can’t be their entire retirement plan. And honestly? That’s fair.

A lot of retirees retire FROM work but never build anything meaningful to retire TO. I help you plan what to retire TO.

So now they’re home all day looking to you for conversation or plans or purpose or for something to do.

Summer can actually make this more obvious. The gardening gets done, the vacation ends, the grandkids go home and they are bored again and suddenly they’re looking at you again asking what should we do now?

One reason why I created The 2nd Wind Playbook is to help retirees rebuild purpose, direction, identity, and excitement for this stage of life — so the pressure isn’t falling completely on the partner or family anymore.

To the partners of retirees: Retirement changes both people’s lives. Not just the person who stopped working. Many partners quietly tell me, “He’s home all the time now,” “She depends on me for everything,” or “We’ve lost our rhythm.”

That’s not uncommon. When someone loses structure and purpose, they often lean heavily on the person closest to them.

The problem is: No partner can fully replace meaning, mission, and identity. The 2nd Wind Playbook helps retirees rediscover themselves so relationships can feel lighter, healthier, and more balanced again.

Summer travel is wonderful. But here’s something many families discover, A trip is not the same thing as purpose. You can only travel so much before real life returns. And when it does, many retirees are left asking, now what?

If your partner or parent seems bored, disconnected, restless, or emotionally flat in retirement - it may not be laziness - it may be loss of identity.

The 2nd Wind Playbook helps retirees answer the questions no one prepared them for:
Who am I now?
What matters now?
How do I build a meaningful life after work?

A garden needs more than sunlight to grow. It needs care, attention, and purposeful tending.

Retirement is the same way. Many retirees assume, when they finally have time, happiness will come naturally. But after the vacations, the home projects, and the excitement fades, many feel surprisingly empty.

Families often see this first:
➡ Restlessness
➡ Irritability
➡ Increased dependence
➡ Lack of motivation

The good news? Purpose can be rebuilt. One of the reasons I created The 2nd Wind Playbook is to help retirees intentionally cultivate a meaningful next chapter instead of drifting through it.
