I remember a confused kid walking into ARES NUTRITION™️ trying to find the latest and greatest supplements. A few weeks of you stopping in grabbing energy drinks and picking my brain you realized the missing piece wasn’t a supplement it was a coach…… and bro got the moon we went

I know I ride you hard, it’s because you have potential on and off the stage

This weekend we brought national quality conditioning to the stage , I know we weren’t exactly rewarded for it , but we bested our last look and that is truly the name of the game here man.

So cheers to a very long off-season so we can bring undeniable size to our condition

Frank & Felicia it’s time to seriously consider your future in bodybuilding lol

Back to back wins for my man Frank in his first bodybuilding season.

2 weeks ago snagged a win in Open Classic in his first show ever a OCB show and this weekend winning first in true novice and novice as a natty daddy in the NPC

I busted Franks balls a lot during this prep, not because he slacked, because it’s my job as a coach to find out how to lead each person.

If you looked at the convos I had with his wife compared to him you would think they had different coaches.

We all take leadership differently , and it’s up to me to make sure I lead in a way I can get the result I want from my clients.

I’m proud of you man, and I hope you consider stepping on stage again in the future, you very clearly have some genetic potential.

Proud of this little mama Frank & Felicia she came to me 10 weeks ago frustrated feeling like her body was unresponsive

I explained to her that everyone’s body is different and some people simply need to dig with two D’s and we did.

We played a game of push and pull the whole time

Now time to nail this reverse and keep tightening up.
