Trust the Unknown
I’ve been trying my best to follow my heart and to FULLY let go; to FULLY trust.
The more I have let go, the more abundant I felt.
Money, security, relationships...etc, that we all chase for, it’s already there when you let go.
Not only can I be an example for y’all, but I’ve been proven countless times how many blessings are right there if you just stop trying so hard.
We are all meant to have exactly what we want.
But we are too scared to go for exactly what we want so we either settle for less, or try even harder.
I’ve decided to finally let go of my pros and cons list and drive out to San Diego. (Strong desire to go) but my ego wanted security.
I said f**k it, packed my bags, took a special guest with me (revealing soon) and drove 48 hours.
Finally arrived in SD feeling even more abundant.
Not sure what’s in store for Washburn Fitness Academy but I know it’s going to be MASSIVE.
I’m taking y’all with me.
Most of all, can STILL train our current clients because they are fully online!
Learn how you can have a coach that you can talk to 24/7, burn fat, reach your goals, and have fun while doing it.

If you don’t know already, here’s my story on why I take this path in life.
My mom worked 3 jobs as an LVN. She dedicated most her off time studying for her RN test. When she should have been sleeping, she actually spent those hours with her family. I always felt bad because this was the rest of her energy.
She worked 7-3, 3-11, and sometimes 11pm-7am.
She was a warrior. I am not sure how she found anytime for herself. It is hard to remember as i was in my early teens.
She worked serving her patients most of her life until she was diagnosed with lung cancer. She has never smoked a day in her life.
In 2012, she passed away. I was 17.
Although not having time for herself might not have been a huge contributing factor of her being sick, I’m sure it played a huge role in it.
As i grew older, I knew I I would be working in the medical field, or I would be working for them.
I have experienced my Mom work constantly, having almost no time for her health.
so I find myself in a position as an Online Fitness Coach. More than just fitness.
I made a commitment to ensure those that are in the medical field (and others) have the guidance that they need, to find quality time for themselves and their loved ones.
Not only through fitness and nutrition, but their overall well-being.
I have created this survey that would only take a minute of your time to fully implement the best program for everybody in the medical field.
I plan on sending this out every month to make sure I am up to date.

When you’re not present in a situation, it’s kind of like being an out-of-focus camera lens.
You see things, but not clearly.
Take a moment, regroup, adjust your focus and pay attention to whom you’re with and where you are.
Look up, look around, adjust the lighting and smile for the camera.
For the rest of the day today, bring awareness to your “presence” and make sure you’re 100% there with all of your mind!

You don’t need motivation, you don’t need discipline, you just need to adopt who you really are ; your lifestyle.
After a late night shift, you get home and find yourself crashing on your couch with a new bag of Takis 😋 (s**t is fire 🔥)
Your life has been on repeat for the last couple months.
You see an episode on The Office where the entire staff has to lose weight for a competition.
Something triggers you.
And This reminds you, three weeks ago, that you wanted to start eating healthier.
But your schedule changed at work, you got called called in for OT, your friend needed your help, so you forgot.
You’ve been trying in the past and kept failing so it’s hard for you to believe you can try again.
So you come up with these excuses to prolong your journey.
If you find this happening to you and lacking motivation to start, ask yourself,
“How would I be living, if I was at my goal weight?”
What looks different for you? How is your future self living from the way you are living right now?
When you find your answer to that, start living that way.
You won’t need motivation, you won’t need the discipline.
Because when it becomes your lifestyle, as a byproduct, you will lose that weight, you will gain that confidence.
just like brushing your teeth is a lifestyle, as a byproduct, you’ll have a glowing smile.

There’s a greater version of you if you look within yourself. Once you’re aware of that, your body will influence you to do the things that are meaningful to you.
It won’t matter about the color of your skin, physical appearance...etc.
We are all equal beings.
Goes with saying: your thoughts and beliefs about yourself reflect the world around you. Love yourself and you will notice how your environment changes around who you believe you are.

Do You Believe in Yourself!?

“You start ATTRACTING what you ARE working really hard for.” -Emily Scanlon
The more you work hard you start to mind shift.
You start to BELIEVE that this is possible.
Once you do, you kill your old story (your old belief) instead of wanting your end goal, you BECOME that end goal.
Since you believe it now, you ARE your end goal.
That means you’re getting closer as time catches up to you.
Scientifically, the more you believe it’s possible, your body makes adjustments and speeds up the process to your end goal.
Which makes sense why time (through nature) is catching up as you work for your end goal. Just like when your muscles need TIME to recover.

“The World is a Reflection of Who you Are.”
If you guys have not noticed, I have been taking a lot of time for myself.
I’ve noticed that my self worth has increased, my confidence, my value, and new opportunities has raised.
This shows me the more I do this, the more aware I become of who I truly am.
Which means, I see the world differently.
I feel more love and compassion for people and I want to spread this feeling.
I know most of y’all might feel stressed, working too much, fixing your problems, your friends and families problems...you have time for yourself and yourself is waiting.

Too Scared to Start?
The moment you feel fear, is the moment of opportunity.
We Fear The Starting Line
The closer you get to what we call “the finishing line” is not the finish line.
We subconsciously see it as the starting line.
Because that’s a new version of you.
And that can scare some of y’all.
We all got goals that might scare the F**K outa us and That’s when you know to chase that goal.
Because that’s when you know you’ll grow the most.
Realize when you’re scared , there’s growth.
Big things coming your way.

My heart literally pumps for other lives.
I read your response to “what you see in the mirror” and my heart just pumps faster.
It’s hard to get to your goals when deep inside you feel another way.
We don’t fight “our demons” we suppress our emotions; Our past story.
It’s time to notice them and let go.

Would love for everyone to read this carefully because I don’t think I could say it any better. This hits deep in the core of my heart and I could not thank you enough for sharing. I hope this inspires y’all to keep breaking past your limitations. As you watch me go through it, as you watch Tara continue to grow, we hope to help you do the same. 💪
About 2 months ago Aaron Washburn reached out to me through Instagram about making friends and potentially joining a fitness academy. I was not friends with him only knew him through a mutual friend. At first I was very insecure, nervous, didn’t know what to expect. I have always struggled with finding love for myself and who I am. Uncomfortable with my body and the way I look cause I don’t look like this girl or that.
After talking with Aaron for a while I decided to go for it, to step out of my comfort zone and join into the community. And HONESTLY it has been the best decision of 2021 I could have ever made!! Everyday I am stepping out of my comfort zone creating a new path and opportunities for myself. Learning to love myself for who I am and not care about what others think!! Not only am I losing weight and inches and enjoying it, I am also making new friends! Aaron and Reese Realiano have helped me overcoming so many fears in my life. They have shown me that you create your own memories in life. And you don’t need anyone or anything to help you with that. You yourself need to focus on you and what you want out of life, cause at the end of the day the person thats gonna love you the most is YOURSELF!! I am extremely grateful for that message I received from aaron back in January. Sounds dramatic but has honestly changed my life. Doing this can change your life.
Write down, up to:
-100 skills you know you have
-100 assets that contribute to what you want in life. (Who you know, iPhone camera, your car...etc)
100 things You love (we don’t express enough gratitude in life. This brings us in the moment.)
100 experiences (that you have been through that can help others in life.)
Have fun with this and take your time. 😎
