✨ Board Spotlight: Ja’Quala Bibbens | Community Engagement Co-Director, getWITit - Pittsburgh ✨

Meet Ja’Quala Bibbens, Community Engagement Co-Director and a passionate advocate for creating real pathways into tech.

Ja’Quala was inspired to get involved with getWITit because of its commitment to community, access, and ensuring opportunity isn’t limited by background. Having entered tech through nontraditional routes herself, she deeply believes in representation, shared knowledge, and in building spaces where women can grow, lead, and bring others along.

This year, she’s excited to support programs that connect women to tangible resources, mentorship, and networks that lead to real career movement, helping more women see themselves in tech and stay in tech. Fun fact: A lifelong dream of hers is to compete on Jeopardy!

💜 We’re grateful for Ja’Quala’s leadership and dedication to building an inclusive, supportive community.

Leadership isn’t a single moment — it’s a series of decisions, reflections, and actions that compound over time.

Catalyst was designed with that truth in mind.

This program isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level inspiration. It’s about creating sustained momentum — helping you better understand how you lead, why you lead the way you do, and how to show up with greater clarity and confidence in every room you enter.

From the very first session, Catalyst meets you where you are and challenges you to move forward with purpose.
