2023 Plum 6th Grade Washington DC Trip

Some fun from the first few days of Washington DC.

Here is our next fundraiser. You should have received an email regarding this with order forms. Orders are due 3/11/23 and they will be delivered 3/27/23. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Hello all and Happy New Year. You should have received an email about the latest fundraiser and also an email about your fundraising balance if you have done any. The next deposit is due on January 15th. Please make arrangements with Ray, Stephanie or Shannon to drop off deposit checks prior to that date. Just like the first one, this deposit will be $150 per person. It looks like the total cost of the trip will be around $630 per person with your balance due on April 15th. Please let me know if you have any questions.

We are currently selling Aunt Carols Dips.

We are going to open the DC Trip to any student between 6th grade and 9th grade. We have about 10-15 student spots (with accompanying adults) to fill a second bus. This will bring the cost of the trip down for everyone. If anyone knows anyone that would be interested in going., please have them contact me at 412-607-7581. I will need to know and have deposits within the next 2 weeks in order to be able to add anyone to the trip. The deposit is $150 per person to reserve a spot on the trip. This trip will occur from June 7th-9th, 2023. Let me know if you have any interest or have any questions.

This post is a reminder that initial deposits for the trip are due this Saturday, October 1, 2022. The deposit is $150 for each individual that is going. Please make arrangements to get this payment to us some time this week. Checks should be made payable to 2023 Washington DC Trip. There are waivers that also must be signed. These were sent in the email and we have copies if you need one. After this 1st deposit, we will not be able to add anymore people so it is important that we get these deposits if you plan on attending the trip. There is also a fundraiser currently going on. We are selling popcorn and fudge from Ekernally Yours. The forms for these were sent out by email as well. Please let me know if you have any questions.

We are also selling tumblers. Please let Stephanie know how many you would like. Orders due August 6th.

Reminder that we are doing these oil change cards. 100% of the sales will go towards your trip. Please let me know if you need any.
