Low Incidence Disabilities A severe disabling condition that has an expected incidence rate of less than one percent of the total statewide enrolment in kindergarten through grade 12.

Examples would be hearing, vision, and severe orthopaedic impairments. Includes :
Blindness
Low Vision
Deafness
Hard-of-Hearing
Deaf-blindness
Significant development delay
Serious physical impairment
Multiple disabilities
Autism
