It was a full weekend of learning, volunteering, and networking at our annual ASMTA Conference ... this year right in my backyard in Mesa, AZ. Shout out to Sherin Moustafa for putting on a great conference titled PianoPreneur.

EVMTA Piano Ensemble 37 was a huge success! 150 piano students (and teachers) rocked the stage at 12 pianos playing awesome duets in a variety of genres from Blues to Spanish to Navajo and everything in between! I couldn't be more proud of my 13 students that participated and was thrilled to conduct a great group of students once again this year. Shout out to my students Brianna, Bryant, and Jeshurun who received their 5-year trophies!

I had a great day today with my students performing for the seniors at Clearwater Ahwatukee. It was great to see a lot of happy faces and hear singing voices. I love bringing the joy of music into people's lives and especially love the beautiful Christmas and holiday music of the season. Great job students!
