Thoroughly enjoyed attending the Women's EmpowerHERment Panel & Mixer event tonight at the MonOrchid hosted by Local First Arizona! The panelists were amazing and shared some much needed insights for working mothers and entrepreneurs carrying the double weight of managing a family and a business. Both endeavors take a lot of time and effort, but the payoff is truly rewarding! Too many women put their dreams on hold once they start a family, but you don't have to. Being in the room with other women entrepreneurs that are wearing both hats, makes me so proud that I didn't put my dreams on hold. Now my twins get to see what it's like to build your dream and see it come to fruition!

This session is for anyone navigating career shifts, identity ruptures, or systemic changes and looking for grounded strategies to meet the moment.
