A great day! Thank you to all who participated in Love Our School today. Many helped in our supply and clothing giveaway, while others cleaned, organized and helped make our school look great. We appreciate the support of our amazing community.

As February, Black History Month, comes to an end, our students are displaying their artwork that focuses on the many contributions made to our country by black leaders throughout history.

Our students worked on their STEM project-based-learning (PBL) projects today. They demonstrated strong knowledge of design, mathematics and architecture as they built 3-D floor plans (high school) and designed mazes (middle school). SSA Phoenix is focused on providing a high-quality, STEM-based education to our students.

Please remember our household supplies giveaway tomorrow, Saturday 2/28/26, 9:00 AM at the school: Love Our Schools sponsored by City Serve GCU and New City Church. We had 2 pallets of household supplies donated that we would like to give away to you. Please arrive at 9 AM or earlier. First-come, first-served while supplies last.

It's movie night! Thanks to the many students and parents who came to our gym tonight for a great fundraiser for our girls' soccer team! Lots of money raised to support our girls!

Today we were visited by Sun Tec Concrete, who awarded Mrs. Hamzaoui with an outstanding teacher award and provided her with more than $2,000 in classroom supplies. Mrs. Hamzaoui is recognized, schoolwide, for her excellent instruction, her commitment to our students, and her tireless efforts to ensure her students receive world-class, STEM-based, education. Congratulations on this recognition, Mrs. Hamzaoui. Thank you, Sun Tec Concrete, for your donation and commitment to SSA Phoenix.

Yesterday our high school students enjoyed a presentation from Northern Arizona University. College readiness is a focus for SSA Phoenix, and we're pleased to share that our senior class has earned nearly $1.5M in grants and scholarships.

Today, administrators from SSA Phoenix, SSA Tucson and Paragon Science Academy participated in Charters at the Capitol. We were fortunate to hear from our AZ Senate President Warren Peterson and Speaker of the House Steve Montenegro. The state of Arizona is a leader in school choice.
