Eunique Design

This month I have joined the Graphic Artist Guild board as Secretary and I could not be more excited to connect with designers on a national level! Back in March, I was interviewed by their team and found myself in a Membership spotlight. In the last few years, I have become a member of several established Design orgs, but the Graphic Artist Guild has always kept a solid record of economic development in design, educational opportunities relating to industry standards, and ethical considerations for businesses who thrive on creative thinking, innovation, and development.

I have learned they are part of ICoD (International Council of Design) who has 150 members from over 50 countries, founded in 1963. This larger organization focuses on the international best practices and drives a high level dialogue on the leading role design plays in Society, Culture, and Economy.

To reframe and give a little back story, I have been an avid creator who has instilled the use of the Graphic Artist Guild Handbook of Ethical Pricing & Ethical Guidelines for the last 20 years of professional development. It is released every year with updates to our ever changing landscape of tools, practices, rights, licensing, contracts, and technology expanding on the digital and graphic art marketplace to advise on how to create multiple revenue streams in the creative industries.

I am excited and honored to be asked to step up to fill this role. I am already learning so much and can’t wait to connect the dots with what we are doing with IndigeDesign Collab and Cahokia PHX!

In steady motion as chaos swirls around us all.. took a long deep breath and this happened.. line work + black on black + meditation + beats = finding myself again.. and losing myself in it.

Creativity is the fuel for our existence. It’s a powerful tool that gives and takes an abundant amount of energy. I’ve been on a creative hiatus for a bit. Connecting with my own ideas for change. Last year was an incredible example of our collective resiliency. Sadly, we all learned how justice fails us all if it does not work for the few. Who are we if we aren’t human-centered or eco-conscious? Our next project goes deep, focusing on culture, tolerance and consensus. If you are a creative, this is your time to shine! 🌀🔥❤️

Underneath the stars, and another spin around the sun for me. Through the turbulence and challenges, I learned to move different, connect with my words, and align my intentions with what matters to me most. In solitude, I discovered my dynamicity...

I’m so grateful for those who have crossed my path, stayed to work with me, supported the crazy ideas, and encouraged me to be my full self. From the stars, we all chose to be here, in this time, for these moments together... let’s make this count!

At the center of our missions is building a culturally dynamic art community! Yesterday we connected with at to learn about how the container project imagined space differently and started up; then we gathered to share insight and ideas centered in Indigenous perspectives layered with friendships and partnerships! We are blessed to know and be able to learn from some talented and unique minded people who are serving the community in very special ways.

We cannot wait to collaborate, activate, and coordinate with you!
