Isaiah 26:3 admonished us to keeping our mind "stayed" or focused on God then you have peace.

YOUR TRUE ENDORSEMENT IS FROM GOD

Just because you have people around you doesn’t mean you cannot be lonely. The love and affection you need isn’t going to come from outside but it will come from peace you have found within. You have to come to terms with the fact that you cannot please everyone, everyone will not be your friend, you have a responsibility to your own joy and that you will be ok. Even David said “Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me” Psalm 27:10.

David was popular but he felt lonely at this point. He came to peace that his parents could forsake him. So He got assurance from his relationship with God. God is our true source of hope, that is why we must always go to him. No one can take that place in our lives. Practice self care, take a break, speak to God often because with Him you have your identity and your peace is secured in Him.
