Our 1st Step scholars truly enjoyed themselves! From all the excitement of the rodeo to the smiles, laughs, and unforgettable experiences, this was definitely a field trip for the books! 🥰

Yesterday, SPIDER WOMAN made a surprise appearance at 1st Step and our babies had a BALL! 🥳

We believe early childhood education should be filled with learning, laughter, BIG imaginations and sweet memories… all while being surrounded by teachers who genuinely LOVE our babies. 🥹💚

A Day in the Life of Ms. Bray & Ms. Nicole 🥰🚀

Y’all already know we can’t sit still! 😂 While everyone else was wrapping up their day, we were out in the community at Meet the Teacher Night meeting some of the sweetest families!

I absolutely LOVE opportunities like this because nothing beats getting to meet parents face-to-face, answering questions, laughing with the kiddos, and sharing what makes 1st Step To Greatness so special. Sometimes all it takes is one conversation to help a family find exactly what they’ve been looking for.

A HUGE shoutout to Ms. Principal Hart for allowing us to come pour into the families and be a part of such an amazing evening. We truly appreciate your partnership and your heart for your school community. 💚

We had so much fun talking with families about our after-school program, transportation, homework help, and everything our school-agers get to experience. The excitement on the kids’ faces was priceless! 🚌✨

There is just something about hearing those little voices yell, “Ms. Brayyyyy!” that melts my heart every single time. 🥹💚

One of my favorite parts of the day is greeting our amazing school-agers when they arrive after school. Before we jump into homework, snacks, and all the fun, there’s one question I always try to ask…

“How was your day?”

It sounds so simple, but that one question lets our babies know someone cares, someone is listening, and someone wants to celebrate the good or help carry the hard.

Sometimes we get a full story. Sometimes we get “good.” 😂 Either way, we’re creating a space where they know their voice matters.

Parents, I have a little challenge for you today. When your child gets home, put the phone down for just a few minutes and ask, “How was your day?” You might be surprised by what they share. ❤️
