He was ready to tell her what he has. She wanted to understand what it means to him. ✨

Money can represent freedom, security, status—or the need to feel enough. The deeper question isn't just the number. It's the energy behind our choices.

What would you ask him?

Pause. Return to your truth. Choose from love.

“I’d fight harder for us. But I won’t lose myself again. Not even for you.” 💜

She didn’t hear a promise to love her more than someone from his past. She heard who he had become.

Honoring yourself is part of being able to honor another person. Behind the choice, is it love—or fear of losing them?

Pause. Return to your truth. Choose from love.

Welcome home—to yourself. 💜

You don’t have to have every answer before you begin. Sometimes the next chapter starts with a pause, a breath, and one choice that feels true to you.

Ground yourself. Choose with awareness. Create intentionally. Believe in what you’re building—and give it room to live. 🌿

That’s the heart of Wonder Mindset: remembering who we are and bringing more presence, connection, and intention into everyday life.

I’m Jonna, and I’d love to connect with you. Follow along, send me a message, or share in the comments: What are you choosing to create in this season of your life? ✨

Let’s shine together. Welcome home.

You’re dating someone new. You discover differences. Can you stay curious? 🤍

“I’m just not a huge dog person.”

She could decide what that means. Instead, she asks one more question.

He doesn’t pretend to feel what she feels. She doesn’t hide that Bella and Dojo are family. And he chooses to get to know them—one small, willing step at a time.

You don’t have to decide what every difference means right away. Sometimes, ask one more question—and notice how you both respond.

To me, this is the frequency of heart-centered dating: coming home to the love at your core, staying honest about what matters to you, and making room to discover someone else.

Curiosity doesn’t mean overlooking your needs. It gives you room to find out whether you can build something together.

What’s one question you could ask before making an assumption?

She changed three times. He brought a confident version of himself who was apparently exhausting. ☕🤍

Then they both made room for something a little more real.

What if showing up as your best self could feel like this? A little nervous, a little playful, curious about the person across from you. Letting yourself be seen while giving them room to do the same.

This is a little glimpse of what ‘coming home to yourself’ means in Wonder Mindset: meeting yourself with love and bringing that kindness into the way you connect.

You don’t have to know where the whole story is going to enjoy the first conversation.

What helps you feel comfortable enough to be yourself on a first date?

We inherit more than our parents' habits.

We can also inherit ways of thinking, choosing, reacting, and seeing the world.

As children, we learn by watching.

We notice what our parents do, what they avoid, what they prioritize, and what happens as a result.

And without realizing it, some of those patterns can become our own.

But remembering where a pattern came from is not about blaming anyone.

It is about becoming aware.

Because you are allowed to pause and ask:

Is this truly my choice, or is this something I learned?

Awareness gives us space to choose differently.

Not because what came before was wrong, but because you are now able to create from a deeper understanding of who you are and where you want to go.

You don't have to repeat a pattern simply because it is familiar.

Sometimes coming home to yourself means giving yourself permission to choose again.

If you feel called to continue this journey of awareness, alignment, and remembrance, you're warmly invited to explore more at www.wondermindset.com.

Sometimes we think we are waiting for the right person.

But the deeper invitation may be to recognize ourselves first.

Past hurt can shape the way we see love.

It can make us question what is safe, what is possible, and even what we are truly available for.

And when we are still carrying old stories, we may overlook what is right in front of us.

Recognizing love is not only about finding someone who feels familiar.

It is also about becoming familiar with your own truth.

The more deeply you remember who you are, the more clearly you can recognize what is aligned with you.

You don't have to chase love.

You don't have to force recognition.

You can slow down, listen within, and allow what is true to become clear. 💜

For many dads, divorce can bring a deep sense of loss, especially when it feels like life with your children has suddenly changed.

But disconnection doesn't have to be the end of the story.

In this conversation, Nate Holmes shares an honest perspective on what divorced dads may experience and why rebuilding connection with your children can begin with presence, patience, and small meaningful moments.

You don't always need to have the perfect answer or create a big experience.

Sometimes, your child simply needs to know:

“I'm here. I see you. I want to be part of your world.”

There is so much tenderness in remembering that relationships can be rebuilt one honest moment at a time.

Thank you, Nate, for opening this important conversation and reminding us that fatherhood is not about being perfect. It's about continuing to show up with love and intention. 💜

With love,
Jonna

You always have a choice in how you meet the moment.

Life will bring moments that stir fear, anger, disappointment, or uncertainty.

We may not always be able to choose what happens, but we can become more aware of what happens within us.

A conscious response begins with a pause.

A breath before reacting.

A moment of listening.

A willingness to meet what is happening with compassion rather than simply following an old pattern.

This is not about being positive all the time or avoiding difficult emotions.

It is about remembering that you have the awareness to choose what comes next.

Sometimes, that one conscious choice is where transformation begins.

If you feel called to continue this journey of remembrance, you're warmly invited to explore more at www.wondermindset.com.

With love,
Jonna
