Huge congratulations to Andrew Christensen on a truly impressive performance with the Southwest Regional Honor Choir. Today marked Drew's fourth and final appearance with the regional honor choir, and we couldn't be prouder. We're all rooting for him as he prepares for his all-state audition in March. Congratulations, Andrew!

Tonight’s concert was truly unforgettable! Just ten seconds from the final note, in a dark auditorium glowing only with candlelight, the fire alarm suddenly went off. Talk about an unexpected twist! Thankfully, it was triggered by construction dust, and I’m relieved to share that everyone was safe.

What impressed me most was how my students handled it—with incredible poise and professionalism. Even in such an unusual ending, they showed the growth and resilience we’ve been working toward all year. I couldn’t be prouder, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead next semester!
